摘    要:为适应数字家庭集约化控制的需求,提出一种基于RS485通信协议的学习型红外遥控器设计方案。该方案利用微控制器STM32F103RBT6中定时器的输入捕获功能,精确测量所要学习的红外遥控信号编码脉冲的脉宽并将脉宽数据存储于外部存储器中,发射时提取对应的红外编码脉冲脉宽数据并还原为红外遥控信号对被控设备实施遥控;利用LabVIEW编写上位机测试软件,通过RS485通信接口控制该遥控器的红外学习和发射过程。某品牌电视机和空调遥控信号测试结果表明,所设计的学习型红外遥控器对采用不同红外协议的家电均可实施集约控制且性能稳定。

Abstract:A self-learning infrared remote controller based on RS485 communication protocol was introduced in this paper for intensified control of home use. The width of infrared signal pulses can be measured by STM32F103RBT6 MCU using its timer’s function of input capture. Then the information of infrared signal pulses will be stored in external memory and the MCU can restore the original signals using the information to control the equipment. The controller’s learning and transmitting process is controlled through RS485 communication interface by the test software written with LabVIEW. The test result of infrared signals from television and air conditioner shows the reliable and feasible performance of intensified control over different household appliances using different infrared protocols.
