| 摘 要： | 中国共产党十六届三中全会明确提出了"坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展"。而就业工作作为高校学生工作的民生工程,在推动学生就业的同时,将科学发展观作为我们工作的一种思想导向,以学生的发展为第一要务,以学生为本为工作核心,以全面协调可持续为工作基本要求,以统筹兼顾为我们的根本方法。
