| 摘 要： | 长期跟踪调查我国36名高水平女子标枪运动员有关资料，通过文献分析，指标测试和数理统计等方法，获得高水平太子标枪运动员专项身体素质的组成因素及变化规律，从而找出正确发展高水平女子标枪员专项素质的合理途径，为训练实践中手段及方法的选择提供参考力证。

| Abstract: | The factors for the composition of the specialized physicalquality in women javelin throwers as well as the law of variations areobtained from the relevant data of the long-term follow-up inyestigation intothirty-six excellent female javelin throwers in our country by adopting themethods of literature analysis, tcsting with indices and mathematical statistics,in order to find out reasonable ways of properly developing the specializedphysical fitness in high-level feminine javelin throwers, and to providepowerful referential proofs for the selection of measures and methods in thepractice of training. |
