| 摘 要： | 界定电子商务中公民隐私信息和公民信息隐私权的基本内容，剖析电子商务中公民信息隐私权问题的产生原因，针对提高公民安防意识、健全电子商务外部环境、提高电子商务的安全性能、防范恶意攻击4个方面，从信息安全管理、隐私信息保护技术、法学、管理学、人文社会科学等多个学科角度，提出一些维护公民信息隐私权的具体措施。
