| 摘 要： | 流动图书馆的建设对于解决西部贫困地区图书馆服务网点不足、知识资源不足、贫困人口看书难的问题具有重要的作用。应大力宣传西部贫困地区流动图书馆建设的意义,将流动图书馆建设纳入西部经济文化建设规划,统筹安排西部贫困地区流动图书馆建设。
