| 摘 要： | 在这个知识爆炸的信息时代，对高校图书馆的利用愈显重要，数字化建设成为其发展的主要方向。但由于在管理观念、管理模式上的陈旧限制了它的进一步发展。鉴于此，结合当今管理理论中的一个热点——虚拟组织，将这种新的管理观念、管理模式运用到高校图书馆的管理工作中来，系统分析在这种管理模式下，高校图书馆的特征以及采用这种管理模式高校图书馆在建设和发展中所要重点解决的问题。

| Abstract: | In this knowledge-boom information era, the utilization of college libraries becomes more and more important with the digital construction as its main developing orientation. But its further development is restricted because of the out-of-date managerial concept and mode .For this reason, a hot topic in the management theory-virtual organization, which is a newly development managerial concept and mode, shall be applied to the management of college library under this managerial mode. The following are systematically analyzed the features of the college library and some important problems are to be solved in the development of applying this mode. |
