| 摘 要： | 实证研究表明,"自主创业型"学生在独立学院学生中占有相当比重。对其进行针对性的培养,这既符合独立学院的培养目标,也能引导并促进学生更好地进行创业。本文基于独立学院学生学习动机的调查分析,试图从创业过程的角度,根据创业过程所需元素来挖掘出更适合于独立学院"自主创业型"学生的培养策略,力求能够更好地对其加以培养,并以此来树立独立学院的品牌。

| Abstract: | It was demonstrated by the research that the students of "The type of starting undertaking independently" account for a large proportion in the independent colleges.And If the independent colleges offer cultivation measures targeted at these students,it does not only accord with the cultivation goal of the independent colleges,but also can guide students to start and promote their own undertakings.Based on analyzing learning motivations of students in the independent colleges and elements of the entrepreneurial process,The thesis is trying to excavate more suitable cultivation strategies for the students of "The type of starting undertaking independently".and try to better cultivate these students,so it can build up the independent colleges' trademark. |
