| 摘 要： | 中小学校长合理流动有利于中小学教育均衡发展。为此,必须加强校长职业理想的导向性与自主流动的精神激励,制定完善的校长流动制度引导,加大农村教育资源投入以改善农村学校环境,理清流动校长管理权限并构建多向、定期、人文的校长轮岗制,建立多元评价的校长流动考核评价体系,促进中小学校长合理流动。

| Abstract: | The reasonable mobility of the principals in the compulsory schools, which is beneficial to their balanced development. For that reason, we must strengthen the guidance of the principals＇ professional ideal and the spiritual inspiration of autonomous mobility, establish the perfect principal mobility system, increase the educational input in rural area to improve the schools＇ environment, clarify the administration limits of the mobile principals and structure a multiple, regular and humane system of working in turn, and establish the multiple evaluating system of the mobile principals, which can promote the reasonable mobility of the principals in the compulsory schools. |
