| 摘 要： | 德育教育在高等院校教育活动中处于首要地位，但在新形势下，却受到许多条件，观念的约束和限制，存在着一些认识误区，如何改变这种现状，推进德育教育的改革发展，提高其有效性，章从德育教育目标，德育教育方式，德育教育程体系三方面进行了有益探索。

| Abstract: | Moral education plays a vital role in the education of the higher colleges and universities. However, due to the restriction of various conditions and concepts, there are some misunderstandings. This article makes an approach from three points: the aim, method and course system of the moral education to solve the problem of how to change the present condition, to carry forward the development of the moral education and to improve its efficacy. |
