Ni基三元合金的制备与形成机理研究

摘    要:该文研究了采用机械合金化法制备Ni—Ti—Nb非晶态合金材料,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对经不同机械合金化时间得到的Ni—Ti—Nb混合粉末进行了分析,结果表明Ni—Ti—Nb混合粉末球磨10h后可实现机械合金化。随着球磨持续进行,Ni、Ti、Nb合金粉末之间相互扩散,当扩散速度增加到一定程度,来不及形成有序结构,而形成Ni—Ti—Nb系非晶合金.

Abstract:This article studies how to prepare Ni - Ti - Nb amorphous alloy by using the mechanical alloying method. The mixed powder of Ni - Ti - Nb produced with different time of mechanical alloying is analyzed through X - ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). And the result shows that after 10 hours of grinding, the Ni - Ti - Nb mixture could reach mechanical alloying. With continued grinding, the powder of Ni - Ti - Nb alloy begins to diffuse with each other. When the diffusion reaches a certain speed, the Ni - Ti - Nb amorphous alloy will be formed. Because there is not enough time to form an ordered structure.
