| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研与逻辑推理分析等方法得出,文化的中心是人本身,文化的本质即人 的本质;体育文化是人类在社会活动和体育活动中所建立起来的一整套规范体系和价值体系。 在此基础上,讨论了体育文化的功能,即教育人功能,促进人的社会化功能,休闲、娱乐功能和竞 争功能。

| Abstract: | Through the method of literature and investigation, this paper finds out that the central of culture is people themselves, and essence of culture is the essence of people. Sports culture is a series of regulation and value system in human activity and sports activity. Based on it,the author discusses the function of sports culture,that is the education,socialization,leisure, recreation and competition. |
