| 摘 要： | 情绪智力是相对于传统智力的影响人的活动效率的心理因素,它是因为传统智力不能满足对人们的社会行为的解释而产生的。情绪智力的定义内涵还在讨论形成之中,没有普遍认可的共识,各种对情绪内容的描述都是一家之言。情绪智力的生理机制复杂。情绪智力有很高的理论意义和现实意义。情绪智力的培养,着力点很多,家庭教育和学校教育应该能有效地发挥作用。

| Abstract: | The feeling intel ligence,relative to traditional intelligence,is a factor that influences people's activity efficiency.It occurred when the traditional intelligence can not explain people's social behavior.The definition of feeling intelligence is under discussion without a common unders tanding,and there are different formulations.The physiological mechanism of feeling intelligence is very complicated.The feeling intelligence is of great significance both in theory and reality.There are a lot of channels in the feeling intelligence cultivation.The family education and the school education should play their functions. |
