| 摘 要： | 通过对主体体育意识内涵的剖析和体育生活方式外延的界定，以及对主体体育意识和体育生活方式形成的基本过程的论述，揭示了体育生活方式与主体体育意识的内在联系，指出形成体育生活方式的关键在于形成稳定的主体体育意识。

| Abstract: | Through analysing the subjective sports awareness, defining the denotation of sports life style and discussing the forming process of subjective sports awareness and sports life style, the paper reveals the relations between sports life style and subjective sports awareness and points out that the steady subjective awareness is the basis of sports life style. |
