| Abstract: | The meaning of information rights is defined in the paper. And the status of information rights of vulnerable groups in society is analysed by using the method of SWOT（ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats） , and on this basis some countermeasures to promote the realization of information rights of vulnerable groups are proposed in the end. |
