| 摘 要： | 区域社会是中国社会经济发展格局的主要特征，区域社会经发展虽不均衡，但都在经历着三种普遍趋向：居民对高等教育的高需求、经济增长方式向集约渐进型的转变和城市化。以这三种倾向为背景，现阶段民办高等教育对区域社会存在两大方面的正效影响；一是对区域个人高等教育需求的影响，二是对区域中、高级现场技术人才建设的影响。

| Abstract: | The regional society is the main feature of Chinese social and economic development pattern. In spite of imbalanced development, the regional society is undergoing three general tendencies: citizens' demand for higher education, economic growth mode shifting to intensive gradual development and urbanization. Under such circumstances, current non governmental higher education has a positive influence upon the regional society; that is, the influence on regional individual's demand for higher education and on the training of the advanced field technical personnel in the region. |
