| 摘 要： | 和谐师生关系是和谐教育的基础,只有建立起和谐的师生关系,才能使师生的身心得到健康的发展,才能顺利实施新课程改革,从而提高教育教学质量。建立和谐的师生关系关键在于教师。首先,教师应及时转变教育教学观念;其次,教师应该尊重宽容学生;最后,教师应加强与学生之间的沟通。

| Abstract: | Harmonious teacher-student relationship is the basic of harmonious education.We should build harmonious teacher-student relationship so that both teachers' and students' bodies and minds will be kept healthy,the New-Curriculum-Criterion Reform will be carried out successfully,and so the education and teaching quality can be expected to be improved.It is the teacher who plays an important role in building a harmonious teacher-student relationship.Firstly,teachers should change their educational concept.Secondly,teachers should respect their students and tolerate their mistakes on the basic of caring.Thirdly,teachers should communicate with the students as often as possible. |
