| 摘 要： | 机构知识库是机构或组织在特定范围内收集信息资源,并对其进行加工、整理和保存,通过开放获取最终达到促进传播和共享目的的知识库.其优点在于使信息资源得到更有效的收集、传播、共享及保存.机构知识库从成本--收益标准及资源配置论角度具有较高的制度效率,可以将其优点借鉴并运用于著作权制度,提高著作权制度效率.
