| 摘 要： | 宋代是中国古代发展史上的重要王朝，在这一历史阶段变革与创新成为时代主旋律。经济是基础，社会系列变化皆因经济因素变动连环引发使其然。因此探讨宋代社会变革问题应首先从其最基础的社会经济变化入手，具体体现为市场交易活动日益频繁、商人地位空前提高以及海外贸易高度繁荣，这充分说明宋代商品经济获得了新发展，取得了新成就。

| Abstract: | Song Dynasty was an important dynasty in ancient times of China. Transformation and innovation became the main time melody in the historical stage. All of social series change in Song Dynasty was due to the foundation of the economy. Therefore economic change firstly was talked about, which can explain the whole social change of Song Dynasty. In detail, the day by day frequent market transaction activity and the unprecedented merchant status and prosperous overseas trade not only manifest new economic development, but also achieve new economic achievement of commodity economy in Song Dynasty. |
