| 摘 要： | 专业运动队发展的动力之一在于管理，在专业运动队管理中引入人力资源理论，是对市场经济化趋势日益明显的现代社会条件下，如何更好地发展专业运动队的客观认识。通过借鉴人力资源管理理论与方法并结合专业运动队管理的实际，对人力资源管理在专业运动队管理中运用的相关问题进行了探讨。
