| 摘 要： | 近年来我国私立大学获得了快速发展，但其前景仍不容乐观。原因在于私立大学发展过程中对于资金的“饥渴”明显超过了对于制度创新的诉求，相关制度建设没跟上。论文借鉴非营利部门的相关理论与实践，对我国私立大学制度创新问题进行了分析，认为非营利性的组织定位、财团法人化以及非营利组织法人治理结构等将是我国私立大学实现制度创新的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Private universities in China have made great progress in recent years, but its prospect is not optimistic because of the absence of institutional innovation. This paper analyses the institutional innovation of the private universities in China , and supposes that the keywords of the institutional innovation of private universities in China are the location of not-for-profit sector, the financial corporate body and the governing structure of not-for-profit corporation. |
