| 摘 要： | 随着网上娱乐业的繁荣与发展,我国网络虚拟财产盗窃案件也频频发生.我们期待法律的有效保护,特别是刑法这一保护合法利益的最后屏障.对盗窃虚拟财产行为进行简要分析,对如何认定其犯罪性质以及如何对虚拟财产实行刑法保护等一系列问题进行研究,从而更好地保护公民的虚拟财产,规范网络运营市场.
