| 摘 要： | 中国正在经历着一场从传统社会向现代社会的巨大变革。江泽民总书记的“三个代表”重要思想作为新时期党的建设的重要理论集中体现了中国社会的现代性特征：代表中国先进生产力的发展要求是现代化社会的普适性特征;代表中国先进文化的前进方向是现代化社会发展的内在的必然的要求;代表中国最广大人民的根本利益体现了社会主义生产关系的现代性特征。

| Abstract: | A great social transformation is now taking on in China. The modernity of Chinese society is represented in Jiang's thought of "Three Represents'", an important theory for the construction of the Communist Party of China in new era, which is: the represent of the development trend of China' s advanced social productive forces is the universality of modern society, the represent of the orientation of China's advanced culture is the inner demand of the development of modern society, and represent of the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people in China is the character of modernity of the socialistic production relation. |
