| 摘 要： | 新建普通本科院校图书馆面临着学校定位和职能转变等社会背景。针对普遍存在的文献缺口大,馆舍面积不足,自动化程度不高等差距,提出了加快馆藏馆舍建设,开发网络资源,加强队伍建设等相应对策。
