| 摘 要： | IPTV的出现和发展对数字图书馆有着巨大而深远的影响。文章从IPTV的概念及特点出发,对数字图书馆IPTV服务价值进行分析,提出了数字图书馆IPTV的服务策略,并指出了数字图书馆IPTV服务中应注意的几个问题。
