| 摘 要： | 认识及需求、资金、人力资源以及建设空间是制约我国高校图书馆构建IC服务模式的主要因素。各高校图书馆只有因地制宜、制定可行性计划,分阶段完成IC的构建,建立绩效的评价体系,才能构建出适应用户需求并良性循环发展的IC。

| Abstract: | Cognizance and demand,funds,human resource and construction space are the main constraint factors for Information Commons construction in university library of China.University libraries should suit to local conditions,frame a feasible plan,build step by step,establish the performance evaluation system to construct(IC) that can virtuously cycle and adapt to the users. |
