| 摘 要： | 制度是现代国家实现社会公正、保持社会安定必不可少的社会性事业,也是政府的重要职能之一。城乡二元社会制度、举国体制、政府责任角色的"缺位"等是我国农村体育公共产品供给不足和失衡的主要制度因素。以社会公正为视野,从调适体制、政策体制、财政保障体制、表达和决策体制、多中心供给体制等制度创新维度,提出了解决我国农村体育公共产品供给不足和失衡的对策。
