全铝高效空调换热器的研究与应用

摘    要:通过对4种不同类型的铝制换热器进行性能测试,选出最优的N型2次内螺纹铝管制作空调蒸发器与冷凝器并对其流路进行优化,整机性能测试结果表明采用铝制翅片式换热器可以满足制冷性能的要求,空调管路系统采用铝是可行的。

Abstract:A performance test of four different heat exchangers made of aluminum pipe was done.The results show that the N type internal screw thread aluminum pipe has the best function and the performance test was carried on the air conditioning equipment made of the N type internal screw thread aluminum pipe and the flow path was optimized.The experimental results show that it can meet the demand of the refrigeration performance,and the EER is increased by 4%.Therefore,it is feasible to apply aluminum pipe to air conditioning.
