| 摘 要： | 针对高校公共艺术教育存在的问题,强调重新认识公共艺术教育在现代高校教育中的特殊作用、任务及现代社会对人才素质相应的需求趋势,进一步加强高校公共艺术教育工作对于促进高校精神文明建设、加强思想政治工作和培养全面发展的合格的跨世纪人才,都具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | This paper,in view of the existing problems of public arts education in universities and colleges,gives the importance to re-realize the special function and task of public arts education in nowadays higher education and the demand trend of modern society for personnel quality.Through discussing public arts and aesthetics education,well-developed man,and the effect of public arts education upon man's all-round development,the paper points out that further strengthening the public arts education in universities and colleges has a great importance in promoting spiritual civilization of universities and colleges,strengthening ideological education,and cultivating all-round developed personnel.The paper also discusses some forms, suggestions and measures to develop public arts education in universities and colleges. |
