| 摘 要： | 高校的基层党组织坚持以"三个代表"为指针,是不断改进高校思想政治工作和创新的保证。文章提出高校基层党组织思想政治工作必须从"三个代表"的高度来认识其重要性,保证党的建设健康发展。
