| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对欧洲五大联赛转会制度的变迁及曼联、皇马、尤文图斯几个典型俱乐部的发展情况进行研究,以管窥欧洲足球俱乐部的发展。指出,欧洲足球俱乐部重视高水平足球运动员的引进,球员转会制度完善,经营手段和运作模式各不相同但都很成功。借鉴其发展经验,从品牌塑造、球员引进、后备人才培养等方面,为我国足球俱乐部的发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of document literature and logical analysis,this paper makes a research on European five foot-ball league cup’s transfer system transition and the development of some typical football club,such as Man Utd,Real Madrid, Juventus,and get to know the development of European football club.It shows that European football clubs emphasized in intro-ducing high level football athletes,and its football athletes exchange system is impeccable,and its management method and oper-ation mode is successful.Taking their development experience for reference,this article comes up with some suggestions from the aspects of brand-building,athletes-introducing,and back-up-training. |
