| 摘 要： | 为了加强我国商业银行风险管理,有必要深入考察当前国际上流行的信用衍生产品这一新型的信用风险管理工具,并与贷款证券化、贷款出售等风险管理手段进行比较,分析信用衍生产品在金融市场上发挥的比较优势及其对我国信用风险管理的启示,并提出利用信用衍生品加强信用风险管理的政策建议。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of improving risk management in business banks,it is necessary for us to examine the credit derivatives prevalent in the world as risk management tools and compare them with securitization of loans and loan sale which are two other risk management tools,and analyze their comparative advantages in financial market and their possible illuminations to China's credit risk management.This article suggests some policies for risk management with credit derivatives. |
