| 摘 要： | “看病难、看病贵”是当前群众呼声很高的热点问题.由于受户籍限制,新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民基本医疗保险制度未能衔接,部分人群的医疗失去了保障.有鉴于此,文章在深入分析了目前存在的问题的基础上提出了建设性措施.
