| 摘 要： | 教育是民族振兴的基石,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。党的十七大把教育事业的战略地位提到一个新的高度。同时,对我国教育发展提出了新的奋斗目标:更加突出全民教育目标,更加突出教育质量目标,更加重视教育系统的功能目标,更加重视教育的现代化程度。我们要从中国特色社会主义事业全局出发,认真学习、准确把握党的十七大的基本精神,全面推进中国特色社会主义教育事业的发展。

| Abstract: | Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, and equal access to education provides an important underpinning for social equity. The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has upgraded the strategic status of educational undertakings to a new height, and put forward new objectives of our educational development. That is to give more prominence to the national educational objectives, to give more prominence to the objectives of educational quality, to give more prominence to emphasizing the functional objectives of educational system, to give more prominence to emphasizing the modernization degree of education. We should start from the overall situation of the socialist career of Chinese characteristics, learn earnestly to precisely master the basic spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and push forward the development of the Chinese Characteristics Socialist educational undertakings in an all-round way. |
