| 摘 要： | 本文从社会资本理论中的关系维度出发,结合中国的关系文化特征,建立基于"guanxi"的关系度模型,通过实证分析揭示关系广度、深度、和谐度在中国关系文化背景下的作用途径和方式,以及如何影响组织内部成员的知识共享,为中国企业提高知识管理水平提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper interims of the relation of the social capital theory, combined with Chinese relation culture characteristic, set a model of guanxi relationship level, through the demonstration backgrounder on Chinese relation culture , disclose the style and approach of the width ,deepness, harmonious, as well as how to influence the share among the members inside the organization, for improving the level of culture management in Chinese corporation as reference. |
