| 摘 要： | 2009年3月墨西哥和美国先后爆发甲型H1N1流感,短短数月流感席卷了世界6大洲136个国家和地区.截至7月初,94512人确诊感染,429人因病死亡,确诊和死亡病例持续攀升,引起了全世界的高度重视和局部地区的恐慌.文章从地理学的视角出发,通过整理分析世界卫生组织(WHO)官方网站74 d的简报数据,从时间和空间层面,勾画全球甲型H1N1流感前期的分布与蔓延趋势.研究结果表明:此次流感分布的总体特征是经济联系度和对外交往度高的发达地区,先于并重于联系度低和交通闭塞的欠发达地区;发达地区疫情严重,传播速度快;疫情有从发达地区向欠发达地区扩展蔓延的趋势特征;疫情分布与人口分布具有一定空间契合关系;交通运输,尤其是全球航空体系的不断完善为甲型H1N1流感持续、迅速向外传播提供了有利条件.
