摘    要:邓小平的用人思想是邓小平人才理论的重要组成部分,内涵十分丰富,主要体现在人民公认、实践检验的用人路线;唯才是举、任人唯贤的用人原则;德才兼备、注重"四化"的用人标准;打破常规、不拘一格的用人气度;人尽其才、才尽其用的用人方法;放开视野、五湖四海的用人艺术等方面。研究和把握好邓小平的用人思想,对于推进当前我国的干部人事制度改革,公开公平公正地用人仍然具有重要的指导意义。
