| 摘 要： | 快乐体育作为一种教育思想起源于日本，经过我国近20年的实践与研究，出现了向偏离原有内涵的方向发展的趋势，异化成为了一种教学实施方法、手段与模式。通过对导致异化现象的原因探析，力求为当前体育课程改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | As an educational thought,happy sports arose in Japan. After being practiced for nearly 20 years in China,the development trend of optional sports has departed from its origin and dissimilated into teaching. By analyzing the causes of the dissimilation,the author tried to provide references and suggestions about the present physical education reform. |
