| 摘 要： | 随着上海市终身教育体系构建的逐步深入及学习型社会建设的大力推进,＂学分银行＂已经成为上海乃至全国终身教育研究界的一个核心课题。自上海开放大学挂牌成立之后,上海市把建设终身教育学分银行提上了重要议事日程,为此成立了专门研究课题组进行全方位的调研活动,以期为学分银行的建设打下坚实的基础。本文将结合态势分析法,从上海市终身教育学分银行建设的已有经验、自身的不足、面临的机遇和挑战四方面进行综合分析,以期为上海市终身教育学分银行的建设提供借鉴。
