| 摘 要： | 对阅读疗法副作用的定义和历史进行了阐述,并从心理学上分析了阅读疗法副作用的机理,认为阅读疗法副作用产生的因素为：误读误阅书籍、阅读书籍搭配不当、阅读量不当、治疗过程中忽略禁忌、心理影响机制复杂、治疗师的影响。但也要注意到,阅读疗法的副作用和治疗作用可以相互转化。
