| 摘 要： | 目前我国正处于就业高峰期间,劳动力数量超过经济发展的要求,劳动力的结构不能适应经济发展的需要。就业高峰不仅直接影响到劳动年龄人口的就业,而且影响到经济的健康发展和社会的稳定。因此应采取就业优先发展战略,鼓励灵活就业,努力扩大就业。同时加强劳动力培训,提高劳动力素质,优化产业结构,加强产业调控,促进劳动力增长与就业增长动态平衡,为经济发展创造一个优良的就业环境,是应对就业高峰的政策选择。
