| 摘 要： | 一所高校承载的基本职能发展演进，是其办学理念的具体化。依法治校是高校自身制度发展和社会进步的必然结果，有其特有的内涵。重庆文理学院在实施依法治校过程中，选择独特的路径并以此为切入口，做到法与国家政策、法与学校规章制度的有机结合，有力推动学校自身的建设与发展，对新建本科高校有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | No matter what responsibilities a university or college has with its development ,lacking basic ideas as a university is impossible ,Administration has been playing an increasingly important role in running a university and restricting the development of education nowadays,it has been an inevitable choice to administer universities by law,As a newly established university,it is a specific path to practice transplanting a quality system certified by national or mtemational standards to actually administer higher education by law ,Here is to exchange such experience ,promoting university administration regularly and legally. |
