| 摘 要： | 通过探讨高职院校教师企业实践考评的意义，对教师企业实践考评体系的构建原则进行了深入分析，制定了分层分类的高职院校教师考评内容及指标体系，提出了高职院校教师企业实践的具体考评实施方法和相关注意事项，以期实现高职院校教师企业实践的科学评价和有效管理。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the significance of the evaluation in the enterprise practice for teachers from the vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the construction principle of the evaluation system of the enterprise practice, makes out the the classified evaluation system of content and index, and puts forward the evaluation implementation method and connected items so as to realize a scientific evaluation and effective management in the enterprise practice for teachers from the vocational colleges. |
