| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村文化建设中存在的主要问题是农村文化建设的基础不够牢固、支撑不够有力、环境不够优化等。提高认识,加强引领,促进新农村文化与经济的良性互动;壮大集体经济、开辟多元投资渠道;探索构建农村文化建设的长效机制;加强公共文化设施建设,不断完善公共文化服务体系是促进新农村文化建设发展的主要途径。

| Abstract: | The main problem existing in the cultural construction of a ‘new socialist countryside’ is that:the foundation of cultural construction in rural areas is not strong enough;the support,not powerful enough;the environment,not optimal.The important ways to develop the new rural culture are:raise awareness,strengthen lead,promote the positive interaction of new rural culture and the economy;strengthen the collective economy,opening up multiple investment channels;explore long-term mechanism to build rural culture;strengthen the construction of public cultural facilities and constantly improve the system of public cultural services. |
