| 摘 要： | 本文根据当前地方性高校普遍面临着毕业生就业压力大的现状,通过分析地方性高校的特点和人才培养方案的不足,结合笔者所在高校人才培养方案修订改革和实践,对地方综合性高校本科专业创新型人才的培养及创新性人才培养方案的制定等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the training of innovative talent and formulating of major talent training scheme that in local colleges and universities has been discussed, which combines with reform and practice of the talent training scheme in our university after analyzing the characteristics of local university and the deficiency of its scheme, and according to its status quo that faces to graduate employment pressures. |
