| 摘 要： | 在高等教育发展由规模扩大到质量提高的转变过程中,在教学质量提高成为高等教育进一步发展的主要任务的新时期,高校教学管理的作用越来越突出,如何发挥教学管理的作用,本文从教学管理观念和职能的维度进行了探讨,并提出了具体实施对策。
