| 摘 要： | 从专利情报视角，运用SPSS软件，对国家知识产权局1994年全年授权的3838件发明专利中因未交专利年费而被终止的2921件进行多元线型回归实证分析。分析结果表明，国家知识产权局授权的发明专利平均维持时间短，被终止速度快；外国申请人获得的发明专利维持时间比国内申请人获得的发明专利维持时间长；申请人的国别、从申请到授权所需时间、权利主体类型、发明人数和权利要求数对发明专利的维持时间影响依次减弱。

| Abstract: | 2921 invention patents, which granted by the State Intellectual Property Office in 1994 and terminated for failure to pay maintenance fees, are empirical analyzed based on patent information perspective by multivariate linear regression using SPSS software. The results show that the average maintenance time of patents is shorter and the terminated speed is quicker, which granted by the State Intellectual Property Office. The maintenance time of foreign patentees is more than that of domestic patentees. Effects of the applicant's country, the time needing from application to granted, types of patentees, the number of inventor and the number of patent claims on the maintenance time of patents are weaken. |
