| Abstract: | The traditional international trade theories are based on comparative cost,it explained the motivation and process of international trade and division of labor in the world. These theories had dominated the main stream of international trade theories. But, with the development of the economic globalization, the foundation of those theories changed. This paper discusses how the economic globalization changed the foundation of the traditional trade theories. |
