| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of the eight-dimensional corporate culture related to intrapreneurship and the relationship between intrapreneurship and corporate culture, it puts forward the conception of intrapreneurial culture, and regards it as the sustainable impetus to intrapreneurship and mental guarantee to the entrepreneurial activities within the organization. |
