| Abstract: | Learner-centered education theory lays emphasis on learning, "teaching" is to be set for "learning". It leads teachers fully use modern educational technology, adjust measures to local conditions, serving for students' "learning" in the classroom, then guiding students to apply modern technology initiative study, independent developing teaching material and exploiting subject scope. |
