| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的高等教育招生人数正在呈现逐渐上升趋势,因此,寻找优质的教育对于学生的发展十分必要,可以为社会提供优秀人才。“双创”与“现代学徒制”自提出以来,在高职院校广泛运用,但是随着运用的不断深入,其缺陷和问题也慢慢暴露出来。该文对目前高职院校中“双创”与“现代学徒制”教育模式存在的问题进行了分析,探究“双创”与“现代学徒制”融合的人才培养优势,最后为高职院校提出了将二者融合的建议。

| Abstract: | The number of students enrolled in China's education is showing an upward trend.Therefore,finding a good way of education is very necessary for the development of students and can provide excellent talents for the society.After"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"and"modern apprenticeship"were put forward,they were widely used in higher vocational colleges,but as the application continued to deepen,their defects and problems were slowly exposed.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current education model of"entrepreneurship and innovation"and"modern apprenticeship",explores the advantages of integrating the two in talent cultivation,and finally puts forward suggestions for the integration of the two. |
